The Wish version of an Apple display

The monitor looks nice on the desk and the build quality is decent – but that’s about the only good thing I can say. Yes, it’s clearly just a knockoff of Apple’s display, but at least Apple products actually work.

Connectivity on this thing is a joke. Your marketing claims to target professionals, but what professional has the time to wait 2–4 minutes for a monitor to wake up? It’s genuinely quicker to rip the power cable out of the wall and plug it back in than to sit and wait for this screen to respond after sleep mode.

And don’t even get me started on the Type-C cable circus. Disconnect it, and suddenly it’s like playing roulette. Sometimes it takes 3–5 attempts to reconnect (on a lucky day), but usually it’s 10+ tries before the monitor finally decides to cooperate. That’s not “professional gear” – that’s a time-wasting nightmare.

I’ve tested different cables, different ports – nothing fixes it. The problem is the monitor itself.

So congratulations, Alogic: you’ve managed to design a monitor that consistently wastes an hour of my life every single week. Easily one of the most disappointing tech purchases I’ve ever made.

Screens work as advertised, I did however need to contact customer services regarding integration into my office systems, I found the support team to be extremely responsive and very helpful, I have to say I have I have been very impressed by the company and the way they responded to my requirments.

Fantasic monitor

Several color settings so you can have it more or less vibrant/adobe accurate. Smooth and quick setup... far faster than I expected. Super easy usb-c plug and play to my different laptops and computers with no real setup needed. I have my keyboard plugged into the monitor and there's no lag to the laptop. I do have my headphones connected to the laptop, however, so I can use the keyboard controls and not the ones on the monitor. Would happily buy this again for any setup.
